The Challenge

Unik Models is a Toronto-based boutique talent and brand representation agency connecting vetted talent with brands, photographers, and creative productions. Running a modern agency on fragmented tools and manual workflows wasn't sustainable - the business needed more than a portfolio site. It needed a fully operational system capable of managing talent, clients, castings, and communications all in one place.

The Solution

In 2026, I co-led the design and development of a custom website and CMS platform - built to handle every layer of agency operations.

• Talent Management System - roster profiles, availability, measurements, and media assets

• Casting Submissions - streamlined flow for open calls and client briefs

• External Talent Applications - public portal for prospective talent

• Client Package Proposals - dynamic proposal generation for brands and productions

• Roster Email Communication - broadcast and targeted talent outreach

• Calendar - booking and availability management

• Data Report Dashboard - real-time analytics across submissions, bookings, and roster activity

• AI Functionality - talent matching, content suggestions, and workflow automation

• Site Content Management - full CMS control over all public-facing pages

• Talent Mobile App - dedicated app giving talent access to castings, updates, and agency communications on the go
