One System to Run an Entire Agency

The Challenge

Unik Models, a Toronto boutique talent and brand representation agency, was running on fragmented tools and manual workflows. It needed an operational system for talent, clients, castings and communications in one place.

The Solution

In 2026, I co-led design and development of a custom website and CMS platform covering agency operations.

• Talent management: roster profiles, availability, measurements and media

• Casting submissions and an open talent application portal

• Dynamic client package proposals

• Roster email communication and a booking calendar

• A real-time data dashboard

• AI features for talent matching, content suggestions and workflow automation

• Full CMS control of public pages, plus a talent mobile app

The Result

Work that once ran through disconnected tools now runs through one system, built to scale.
