The Challenge
STOTT PILATES® Studio had been part of the Merrithew® ecosystem for years - but the space and its brand presence had grown significantly dated. It no longer reflected the caliber of the method it represented. With the broader Merrithew® brand moving in a more elevated, contemporary direction, a full reimagining of the Studio was overdue.

I led the $3M launch of STOTT PILATES® Studio with a $35K+ campaign budget, rebuilding the concept from the ground up across every brand touchpoint - from the physical space to the full digital ecosystem.

The Experience
The result was a fully realized brand that translated the precision and prestige of STOTT PILATES® into a premium consumer experience. The launch drove a high-performing website, increased membership sales, and meaningfully elevated visibility for both the STOTT PILATES® method and the overarching Merrithew® brand. Wide media coverage followed across Elle Magazine, Forbes, Pilates Journal, and Athletech News.
