Harley-Davidson is one of the most culturally iconic brands in the world - but its digital presence had fallen behind. The existing H-D.com was a dated legacy site that failed to reflect the power, freedom, and visual identity that defines the brand. For a company with one of the most passionate and loyal customer bases in any industry, the gap between the brand experience in the real world and the one online was significant.
